About

Myesha Francis

Hi! I’m Myesha—visual artist, educator, curator, and arts entrepreneur. I use art as a powerful tool to inspire, uplift, and connect. My work is rooted in the idea of the golden thread—the invisible yet undeniable connection that ties us all together.

My art has found its way into both public and private collections, including The Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture. I’m also passionate about the healing power of creativity, believing that art is essential for mental wellness, emotional expression, and relaxation.

As an arts educator, I’ve taught in classrooms and created programs like Passion 2 Paint and Kids Ka Doodle, making art accessible, joyful, and transformative. With degrees in Art History, Studio Art, and Museum Studies, and global studies in Italy, Rwanda, Senegal, and beyond, I bring a rich, international perspective to everything I create.

At the heart of it all, I’m committed to using art to build bridges—between people, cultures, and the healing we all deserve.
